About the Program
On Tuesday, August 9, 3:30–4:30 PM, join us for a program with author Dawn Quigley! Dawn’s work Joey Reads the Sky is featured in Ancestor Approved: Intertribal Stories for Kids listed in NYPL’s Best Books for Kids 2021. In this program we’ll be talking about her series Jo Jo Makoons. You can check out all of these works from the NYPL collection. In this author talk there will be a cool presentation, a Q&A with the author and the audience, and a fun activity at the end.
