May 15:  Paper Plates Hand Fan

Celebrate Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month with this simple and engaging project for children! Using just paper, glue, and decorations like stickers or markers, kids can craft their own personalized fans perfect for hot summer days or imaginative play. This activity fosters creativity while also teaching basic crafting skills encourages cultural exploration and appreciation, and gives the chance to dive into a mini history lesson about where fans originated from.

May 22:  Hand Print Sunflowers

Bring the beauty of sunflowers indoors with this delightful Handprint Sunflowers craft for children! Using just paint, paper, and their hands, kids can create stunning sunflower artworks that showcase their creativity and imagination. This hands-on activity is not only fun and engaging, but also promotes sensory exploration and fine motor skills development.
